We don’t like nagging, we encourage bragging!

At CocoNUTS Republic we strive to keep our customers satisfied and we like to turn any negatives into something positive!

In case of any situation which you are not happy about, please let us know. So, how can you file a complaint? By simply dropping us an e-mail at contact@coconutsrepublic.com.

Please send us your complaint asap, in its entirety and clearly defined, right after you discovered any defects.

A reply to complaints submitted to us, will be provided within a period of 14 days, calculated from the date of receipt.

If it is anticipated that a complaint will require a longer processing time, then we will reply within those 14 days anyway, confirming receipt and indicating when you can expect a more elaborate reply.

A problem is a challenge, and for every challenge, there is solution.

As scuba divers we say: stop, breathe, think, act.
